1. Experimental purpose and principle:
After mining crude oil in the Liaohe Oilfield, the nearby refineries were refined, and wastewater was discharged from production devices such as distillation, severe, stacked, coking, and oil tank areas. Oil in the wastewater is mostly suspended or emulsified in the water. In addition to the oil content, it also cont--ns sulfide and phenol. In addition, there are alkaline wastewater excreted during the alkali washing process of oil.
The treatment of wastewater in the refinery generally includes oil removal, sulfur removal, and phenol.
This equipment is designed according to the experimental process process in the Liaoshe Oilfield. The process is reasonable and the effect is good, so that students can achieve the following purpose after learning:
1. Understand the process and technical parameters of this set of equipment;
2. Deepen the understanding of the basic concepts of experiments and improve theoretical and practical knowledge;
3. Through operation, the removal rate of oil can be measured, the removal rate of COD, BOD5, and SS can be measured to improve operating skills.

Purpose:
 
1. Understand the structural characteristics of the plate, the tube, and the heating device of the tube and the heat transfer performance.
