1. Product introduction

2. Functional features
1. A real and operational vehicle electrical system, fully demonstrating the composition and structure of the vehicle electrical system.
Turn on the power and operate various electrical switches and buttons on the teaching board to truly demonstrate the working processes of various electrical systems such as instrument systems, lighting systems, wiper systems, horn systems, engine electrical systems, starting systems and charging systems.
2. The equipment panel is made of high-quality aluminum-plastic panels that are impact-resistant, pollution-resistant, fireproof, and moisture-proof. The surface is sprayed with primer using a special process. The panel is printed with a color circuit diagram that will never fade. Students can visually compare the circuit diagram with the actual object to understand the equipment. and analyze the working principles of various electrical systems in the vehicle.
3. There are detection terminals installed on the panel, which can directly detect the electrical signals of circuit components of each vehicle electrical system on the panel, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signals, etc.
4. The panel part of the equipment adopts a 1.5mm cold plate stamping structure, which has a beautiful appearance; the chassis part is welded with a steel structure, and the surface is treated with spraying technology, with a self-locking caster device.
5. Mechanical assembly and fitter assembly virtual simulation software: This software is developed based on unity3d, with optional 6-level image quality.
